① What You Can Do at Child Edu & Care
Child Edu & Care is a business trade fair bringing together products and services for the childcare and education sectors. At the fair, you can not only see, try and compare products, but also learn through seminars and workshops, consult with manufacturers and experts, and connect with professionals from other childcare and educational facilities.
In 2026, around 200 companies will exhibit. Seven dedicated zones — ICT, Developmental Support, Human Resources, Food Education, Educational & Learning, Playground Equipment & Facilities, and Childcare — will be spread across four floors of the venue.
Compare products and services that interest you and gather a wide range of useful information for your day-to-day childcare activities and facility management, all in one place.
② Visit Child Edu & Care (Free Admission)
Advance visitor registration is required to enter Child Edu & Care. We also recommend checking the Exhibitor Search and Seminar Programme / Events in advance to plan your visit and make the most of your time at the fair.

Each visitor must register individually.
❷ Print Your Visitor Badge
Print your visitor badge in advance and bring it with you for smooth entry. You can also print your badge at the venue, but there may be a queue during busy periods.
❸ Bring Your Business Cards
If you have business cards, please bring them with you for business discussions and networking.
❹ Search for Exhibitors
Search for products and services by category and other criteria to find exhibitors you would like to visit.
❺ Check the Seminar Programme
A wide range of seminars, training sessions and workshops for everyone from nursery owners and managers to childcare professionals are available free of charge. Advance booking is required for some programmes.
③ Learn through Seminars and Workshops
Four programmes are available to suit different needs, ranging from nursery management to practical training. ❶ ❷ ❸ require no advance booking and are available on a first-come, first-served basis on the day. A Certificate of Attendance will be provided at the venue upon request.
❶ Management Seminar | For Nursery Owners and Managers
Learn about nursery management, human resources and organisational development, industry trends, and other topics useful for running childcare facilities.
❷ Educational Seminar | For Childcare Professionals
Gain practical knowledge for everyday childcare, including child development, interaction with children, childcare and education.
❸ Exhibitor Presentations
Exhibiting companies will introduce their latest products and services, how they can be used, and examples of their implementation.
❹ Training Sessions & Workshops (Advance Booking Required)
Gain practical knowledge and skills that can be applied in childcare settings through lectures and hands-on activities. Participants can also exchange information and ideas with professionals from other childcare facilities.

④ Developmental Support Consultation at Child Edu & Care
A dedicated consultation area where you can speak with specialists about developmental support, including how to support children with developmental concerns, how to communicate with parents and guardians, and approaches that can be implemented at your childcare facility. No advance booking is required, so please feel free to drop by.

⑤ VIP Lounge | Exclusively for Nursery Managers and Owners
A dedicated lounge for nursery owners, directors, managers and other senior professionals. Use the lounge to take a break between booth visits, hold meetings or exchange information with other professionals. Light refreshments and drinks are also available.
※ No booking required / Unlimited access during the fair
※ One accompanying guest permitted
※ Exhibitors are not permitted to use the lounge
Opening hours: 11:00 until the fair closes each day
Who can use the lounge:
・Visitors with a VIP visitor badge
└ Eligible visitors who have attended the fair in the past will receive a VIP invitation from the organiser
・Nursery owners, directors, managers and other senior professionals who can present a business card confirming their position
⑥ Baggage Storage Service
A temporary baggage storage service is available for visitors at the venue. Leave your large bags with us and enjoy exploring the exhibits and attending seminars without having to carry them around.

① Photography is not permitted in areas marked “No Photography” or for products displaying a “No Photography” sign.
② Please obtain permission from the exhibitor before photographing products on display.
③ Before photographing exhibitors or visitors, please obtain their consent or ensure that their faces are blurred.
※ Photography and posting on social media are permitted provided that the above rules and etiquette are observed.
